Kevin Swenson

Kevin Swenson grew up in Bountiful, Utah. He graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree from Westminster College in 1987. From there, he attended the University of Utah’s S.J. Quinney College of Law, became a William H. Leary scholar, and graduated in 1990.

Kevin has practiced law for over 20 years and has tried numerous bench and jury trials in Federal and State Courts. He is a member of the Arizona, Idaho, and Utah bars, and has an extensive background in products liability, and personal injury law.
