Brett Cain

Brett Cain is the owner of the Cain Firm located in Granbury and Bedford, Texas. Helping Injured Texans is his firm’s mission.  His firm’s purpose is to fight for the truth, replace or repair what his clients have lost and hold wrong doers accountable.

Mr. Cain has tried over 50 cases to a jury and has settled at mediation hundreds more.  Moreover, the Keenan Trial Institute is a mainstay in his practice.  Currently Mr. Cain has attended numerous Keenan seminars, completed all undergraduate courses and most of the graduate courses at the Keenan Trial Institute.  Several times a year he teaches the voir dire class.

Mr. Cain has been featured on local cable channel TXU 21’s “Ask the Lawyer”, recognized as a top injury attorney in Fort Worth – the magazine, and per Texas Monthly magazine he is a Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star.
