David Hart is a Personal Injury Trial Attorney in Texas since 1991.  David is on the Civil Trial Advocacy National Board of Trial Advocacy since 20089.  He is the Co-Author of “Baston and its Progeny Prohibit the use of Preemptory Challenges based upon Disability and Religion: A Practitioners guide for requisition a Civil Batson Hearing”

David’s Verdicts and Settlements include but are not limited to: American Airlines at $2.3 Million, Baylor Hospital at $4.5 Million, Trucking at $9.5 Million, Janitorial Company at $3 Million.

David has been attending Keenan Trial Institute since 2014 and has attended many Seminars and Colleges.  He is currently a Faculty Member for the Voir Dire College course.
