GRAD: Hit List (VIRTUAL)

This course focuses on developing the depo HIT LIST and role playing to achieve the hits. Most importantly the course teaches how to turn the results of the HIT LIST into use in editing video clips for mediation and ultimately cross exam at trial. Role play and practice is central to the course. You do not have to have Graduate status to attend this course.

You must complete the Undergraduate Rules, Focus Group and Depositions courses before you can attend.
