In one-on-one consultation within your small group, you’ll learn and practice our tested mediation methods that lead to strong outcomes. You’ll learn to find the key points in your current case (and in your future cases) to optimize your mediation approach. Our faculty members will help you develop the skills and characteristics of a successful negotiator. And in this course, you’ll hone your negotiation skills by role-playing with an actual mediator.
