Mindy Bish has convened a special session of the Keenan Trial Institute’s Voir Dire course with a focused emphasis on Employment Law. This exclusive virtual training will be personally taught live by Mindy herself on August 24–25.
The Keenan Trial Institute’s course on voir dire will teach you the Keenan system of jury selection — an organized, focus-group tested template you can immediately use to put your jury selection on steroids.

Throughout the course, we will review students’ openings, jury instructions, and rules to prepare a jury selection that lays out your case the right way, arms the jurors, kills the rats, and positions your client for justice.
