David Bernstein has obtained the Masters Level at the Keenan Trial Institute, is a faculty member of the Keenan Trial Institute, has been recognized as a Super Lawyer every year since 2006, has tried over 100 jury trials, has moderated over 200 focus groups, and has obtained numerous 6 and 7 figure jury verdicts and settlements over the past 35+ years.

Since 2017, David Bernstein has obtained jury verdicts in Oklahoma (1) against the City of Norman for $500,000 for his client (with $13,000 of medical bills which were not submitted) who was broadsided at an intersection by a Norman police officer driving with lights and sirens Code 3, (2) against a mobile home park for $250,000 for his client (with $4,000 of medical bills which were not submitted) who injured her knee stepping in a hole covered by grass at her mobile home lot she had just rented which the mobile home park had no prior knowledge, (3) $500,000 for his client (with $4,000 of medical bills which were not submitted) who was broadsided by an 18 wheeler, and (4) $2,500,000 for the Estate of a retired woman who died almost instantly with no medical bills (who left behind no kids and a retired husband) after getting broadsided by an 18 wheeler.

David Bernstein is also co-founder of Lawyers Fighting Hunger, a non-profit charity that has helped feed the less fortunate every year since 2011.
