Ken Altman

Ken is a recognized Keenan Trial Institute (“KTI”) Superstar and is a regular teacher and CLE presenter on litigation strategy.  As a member of the KTI faculty, he focuses his instruction on trial strategy with an emphasis on jury selection.

By implementing KTI strategies, Ken has successfully obtained verdicts in some of the most conservative venues in the deep south:  2018– $515,000.00 verdict for a minority client. 2016–$395,000.00 verdict for a woman who suffered a broken arm.

Over the past two decades, Ken has obtained tens of millions of dollars in compensation from rule breakers who endanger our community. He has obtained many six figure and several seven figure resolutions and verdicts for his clients.

Ken is nationally recognized and is AV rated “preeminent” by Martindale.com. He is also one of only 9 lawyers in the state of Mississippi to earn the designation of Board Certification in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
