Jennifer Munter Stark, Esq. has practiced law for over 20 years. She currently practices in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Her focus is on complex employment and labor law; issues include civil rights, contracts, non-compete issues, wage and hour matters, and discrimination. She practices in administrative settings, State and Federal Courts. She is an active member of the South Carolina Assn for Justice, formerly serving as Chair for the Labor and Employment Section.
