About Thomas

Thomas Morrissey received his B.B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He focuses his practice on obtaining justice for victims of injury and death and their families. Thomas is licensed to practice law in Missouri, Arkansas, and Texas and is a regular inactive member in Nebraska. Thomas is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar Association (SMBA), Missouri Association of Trail Attorneys (MATA), and the American Association for Justice (AAJ). He was a 2004 and 2008 speaker at the SMBA annual PICLE, personal injury legal education, a 2005 speaker for the National Institute concerning uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and a 2008 speaker at the Solo and Small Firm Conference “Sunrise CLE” (Continuing Legal Education). He also participated in a mock trial for the Ozarks Regional Mock Trial Competition as a judge.
