About Todd

Todd started Bailess Law, PLLC right out of law school and began litigating cases throughout West Virginia. At the outset of his legal career, Todd primarily practiced criminal law, providing him the opportunity to try cases to verdict and gain invaluable courtroom experience. Over the years, Todd gravitated towards helping individuals who were wronged in the workplace and those who were injured.
