About Walt
Walt Taylor is a35-year Texas trial lawyer who practiced in Austin (1989-2016)and has since made his home in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Board certified in Labor & Employment Law and Civil Appellate Law, Walt primarily represents workers seriously aggrieved by the unlawful conduct of their employers, and individuals catastrophically injured in medical, industrial or automotive cases. Walt is AV rated with Martindale-Hubbell and recognized in Super Lawyers for Labor & Employment. Walt currently teaches and serves as Co-Dean of undergraduate Voir Dire and will soon teach Advanced Focus Groups. He has participated in the KTI Referring Attorney program for medical malpractice and is currently participating as a Referring Attorney for employment. In addition to being an experienced trial and appellate lawyer, Walt was an active singer/songwriter whose band opened for Nashville acts such as Montgomery Gentry, Tracy Bird and Trisha Year wood in 2000-2002.He still writes songs and choral music in his spare time
